Vila Dulce was built in 1923 in the neighborhood of Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. The building has housed a film production company for over 20 years with work spaces, a kitchen, a living room, meeting rooms and a relaxation space in its 600m2. Over five years there were several renovation projects in different parts of the building. As a historical building it was registered with the Historical Heritage society which had a requirement that facades had to be preserved.
