The proposal for this project was to adapt this house with an area of 1000m² originally for residential use to house a luxury hotel in the Santa Teresa neighborhood.
The renovation of the house includes transforming all the rooms into suites and rethinking the spaces so that they become living spaces, without losing the charm of the house's original features. Its new use features elegant decor with a Franco-Brazilian touch.
